Software Updates
Keep ProPay current with regular software updates that include tax table changes, new features, and bug fixes.
Download and Install Updates
- Open ProPay.
- Go to Utilities > Download the Latest Version of ProPay.
- Wait for the download and installation to complete.
Download the latest version at least once a month to stay current with tax tables and forms.
What Gets Updated
ProPay updates include:
- Federal, state, and local tax tables
- Over 200 federal, state, and local tax forms
- Magnetic media files for federal and state jurisdictions
- ACH file formats
- EFTPS file formats
- New features
- Bug fixes
Troubleshooting
Update Fails to Install
If the update doesn't install:
- Check your internet connection.
- Close ProPay completely and try again.
- Restart your computer and retry the update.
- Contact technical support if the problem continues.
