File Format Notes

ProPay generates the Massachusetts wage report in ICESA format. This is the standard format accepted by the Massachusetts Labor and Workforce Development website for electronic wage filing.

File location: ProPay saves the file in your default Mag Media folder (typically `C:\PAYSOFT\PROPAY26`).

Important: When uploading, make sure to select ICESA as the file format on the Massachusetts website. Selecting the wrong format will cause the upload to fail.
