    File Format Notes

Frances Online: ProPay generates three .CZV files (OQ, 132, SB) that are uploaded separately or together through the Frances Online portal.

OPRS (legacy): ProPay generates a single Form 132 file in the format required by the Oregon OPRS system.

File location: ProPay saves all files in your default Mag Media folder (typically `C:\PAYSOFT\PROPAY26`).

    Troubleshooting

    Frances Online upload fails:

    • Verify all three .CZV files were generated correctly
    • Check your internet connection stability
    • Ensure your Frances Online account is active and in good standing
    • Contact Frances Online support for system-specific issues

    OPRS upload issues:

    • Verify the Form 132 file format is correct
    • Check your OPRS registration status
    • Clear your browser cache and try again

    Missing clients in the report:

    • Review the client selection during file creation
    • Check the internal report to verify which clients are included
    • Regenerate the files if a client is missing

Transit tax or paid leave not included:

    • This is expected for quarters before Q1 2025
    • For Q1 2025 and later, verify you are using the latest version of ProPay
