Calendar
Use the built-in calendar to view dates while working in ProPay.
Overview
ProPay provides a handy calendar that you can access at any time while working in the program. The calendar displays the current month with day, month, and year information. It stays on top of other ProPay windows so you can reference dates while entering payroll data.

Choose either method:
- Go to Utilities > Calendar on the main menu
- Press the F11 key from any screen in ProPay
The calendar opens in a separate window that floats above your current work.

- Click the back arrow button to move to the previous month.
- Continue clicking to move forward or backward through months and years.

Tips
- Keep the calendar open while entering payroll to quickly verify pay dates, period ending dates, and period beginning dates.
- Use the calendar to check tax filing deadlines such as quarterly 941 due dates (April 30, July 31, October 31, January 31).
- Verify that pay dates do not fall on weekends or bank holidays, which can affect direct deposit timing.
- The calendar does not interfere with data entry in ProPay. You can switch between the calendar and ProPay fields freely.
