Create the Wage Report File

  1. Open ProPay.

  5. Create the file.
  6. Print the internal report (detailed or summary) for your records.
  7. Save the file.

Upload the File to New Hampshire NHUIS

  1. Visit https://nhuis.nh.gov/employer/empsplash.jsp?REGISTER_TYPE=REGISTERED_USER
  2. Log in with your credentials.
  3. Select Upload File Data to submit your wage report.
  4. Follow the prompts to upload your saved file.
  5. Review and certify that the information is correct.
  6. Submit the file using the secure server.
  7. Retain the provided confirmation number for your records.

Note: The NHUIS system allows you to remit payments through electronic funds transfer (EFT) after submitting your wage report.
