Accessing Multi-company Reports
To access multi-company reports, click Client Functions > Miscellaneous > Multiple Company Reports.
Multi-covers
Purpose
- The Multi-Covers option can be used to print cover pages for multiple clients.
- These cover pages are designed to fit in the ProPay double window report envelopes.
- The sender's name appears in the top window
- The receiver's name appears in the bottom window
- Three lines of user-defined text are allowed in the middle of the page
- Process multiple clients in a single batch operation
- Generate standardized communications for multiple clients
- Maintain consistent formatting across all client documents
- Reduce repetitive tasks when working with multiple clients
Uses
Multi-covers are ideal for mailing quarterly tax returns or other documents periodically to clients.
Multiple Organizers (time Sheets)
Purpose
This report can be printed in batch mode for multiple clients without having to open each company's files individually.
Uses
Multiple organizers facilitate receiving and recording payroll information from clients. This feature is particularly useful for new ProPay software users during training.
