| Reg-Hrs | Regular hours worked |

| OT-Hrs | Overtime hours worked |
| OT Pay | Overtime pay amount |

> Note: Custom pay type columns (Pay 3 through Pay 8) use the labels you defined in company setup. If a custom pay type is not configured for the client, that column does not appear.
Filter and Sort Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Date range | Start and end dates for the reporting period |
| Employee selection | All employees or a specific employee |
| Summary vs. Detail | Totals only or individual pay dates |
| Department summary | Group results by department with subtotals |
| Quarter-to-date | Report on the current quarter |
> Tip: The department summary option is useful for clients who allocate labor costs by department. Each department shows its own subtotals, making it easy to verify hours by work area.
Tips
> Tip: Use the detail format when investigating pay discrepancies — it shows each pay date individually, so you can identify which specific payroll had incorrect hours.
> Tip: When running the report for a single employee, the detail format provides a complete pay history for the selected date range.
> Tip: Hours tracked here feed into PTO and vacation accrual calculations. See Vacation and Sick Pay Benefits for accrual setup.
