Company Name Not Displayed
Problem
Your company name is not displayed in ProPay. Instead, "SAMPLE COMPANY" appears.
Solution
Install your software key. The software key is provided:
- With your original installation media
- With the first annual update each year
Installation Instructions
- Go to Utilities > License Updating.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter or update your license key.
- Restart ProPay after the license is applied.
If the issue persists, contact Paysoft technical support to verify your software registration and licensing status.
