Select Different Printer Trays
Overview
You can configure ProPay to use different printer trays for different types of documents (checks, reports, tax forms).
Configure Printer Properties
Step 1: Access printer settings
- Open My Computer > Printers
- Select the printer icon you're using with ProPay
- Right-click and choose Properties
Step 2: Configure port and tray settings
- Click the Details tab
- Review the "Print to the following port" setting
- Access printer-specific options (varies by printer model)
- Configure default tray assignments for different document types
