Before You Begin

Create the SUI Wage Report

  1. Go to Client Functions > Electronic Functions > Magnetic Media.
  2. Select State Quarterly Magnetic Media Filing from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the client(s) you want to include in your filing upload.
  4. Create the file.
  5. Print the internal report (either detailed or summary) for your records.
  6. Save the file in a secure location on your computer.

Troubleshooting

Software not responding:

  • Close and reopen ProPay
  • Restart your computer if the issue persists

Unable to select clients:

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access client data
